You can choose a letter if you are about to order one small item that fits in a letter. Prices include shipping costs and packaging.

PAYMENT

The products/services and applicable shipping fees will be paid when placing the order. The following payment methods are accepted: Finnish online banks, credit/debit cards and invoice. Payments are handled by Checkout.

APPROVAL OF GUARDIAN OF THE CHILD

If you are under 18, make sure you have got permission for the order and approval from your guardian.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We deliver orders within 5-7 business days. When season, delivery may take 7-14 business days. Shipping delays, weekends and holidays may affect delivery time. We deliver products to the nearest Posti’s The Nearby Locker Service, post office or as a letter.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return the product within 14 days. We do not accept returns after 14 business days. NOTE, DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS. The products must be in unused condition. In Finland, product exchange is free. The return costs 7.90 euros.

There is a form with the shipment. This form must be fill in before your return or exchange. Use Post return services with the code 653509. Write this code on the package or letter.

Outside Europe: 18,90 €

Shipping costs include the cost of shipping and packaging. We deliver orders outside Finland with Posti and you can get the tracking code upon request. All prices include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Europe:

In case you would like to make an exchange or a return please send a notification of your return to us luppaset@luppaset.com. Include your name, order number and phone number and which items you want to return. Once we have received your notification, we will send you the shipping label and instructions by email.

Returns from Europe to Finland are paid by customer. The cost of the return is 11,90 € which will be deducted from the refund. The postal fees will not be refunded.

Outside Europe:

Returns from outside Europe at your own expense. The postal fees will not be refunded.
